Free Standard Shipping

At Cure Medical Supplies, we offer free standard ground shipping on orders over $100 across most of Canada (excluding Yukon, Nunavut, and Northwest Territories).

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Free shipping does not apply to rental products.

  • Free shipping is not available for oversized items, including:

    • Lift Chairs

    • Select Mobility Scooters

    • Home Hospital Beds

    • Patient Lifts

    • Power Wheelchairs

Extended Delivery Items

Some specialized equipment may require additional processing time, with delivery taking up to 5 weeks depending on the product and manufacturer availability.

These items may include:

  • Lift Chairs

  • Power Wheelchairs

  • Mobility Scooters

  • Large medical equipment requiring freight delivery

For freight deliveries (such as large scooters, lift chairs, hospital beds, and patient lifts), the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery time once the item arrives at their local facility.

Shipping Schedule

Cure Medical Supplies does not ship or deliver orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

White Glove Delivery (Toronto & GTA Only)

Our White Glove Delivery Service ensures your equipment is delivered, installed, and ready to use.

With this service, our team will:

✔ Deliver your product on a scheduled day
✔ Bring the equipment inside your home
✔ Unpack and set up the device
✔ Test the equipment to ensure proper operation
✔ Remove all packaging materials

Delivery appointments are scheduled between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Pricing for White Glove delivery varies depending on the product and will be shown during checkout.

Once your order is placed, a Cure Medical Supplies specialist will contact you to arrange your delivery date.

This service is ideal for customers who need extra assistance setting up mobility equipment.

Weekend Pickup Option

While deliveries are not available on weekends, customers in the Toronto and Vaughan areas may arrange Saturday pickup between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
